Add me to the ever-growing list of Tiscali customers not being able to get onto EVE at peak times.
I've emailed customer support but I'm not expecting anything more than either:
-It's your fault
-It's BT's fault
-Please look at our useless FAQ's that you probably already have but we don't care we have your money.
EDIT - Just as a cross-check, I tried running KC Easy and I couldn't connect to any of the networks. Cheers Tiscali!

UPDATE:
Had a pointless response from Tiscali asking my to do everything I've already tried. (Delete temporary internet files + DNS checks etc)
Also, can't seem to access the support section to update my query to them.
Tried to register on the forums, still waiting for an activation email.

I posted my problem on the Tiscali forum last night in our dedicated thread and my post appears to be deleted and I don't seem to be able to log in properly, even though I'm getting the welcome message.
So thats their email and forum support useless, all thats left now is to be told it's not their fault over the phone.

They must've changed something tonight, as the connection was blocked a whole 20 minutes earlier.

I'm actually shocked. EVE has worked fine for the last few days so Tiscali have redeemed themselves. However, if the same problems start again I will be getting my MAC immediately as I am not going to be bu*g**ed around like this again.

Is there server down atm or have Tiscali started blocking EVE again already?
